01 / CONTEXT

A founder was already attending networking events, meeting people and having valuable conversations. The problem came afterwards: business cards piled up, notes lived in different places, follow-ups depended on memory, and there was no useful database of everyone they had met.

02 / DIRECTION

Automate the administration around relationships—not the relationships themselves—so every new contact can be captured, organised and followed up with the right level of personal attention.

03 / SYSTEM DESIGN

The workflow turns Meet → Exchange details → Hope you remember into Meet → Capture → Follow up → Book → Stay connected → Reactivate later. Every contact becomes part of a structured networking database that can support personal follow-ups, catch-up campaigns, referrals, event invitations and long-term relationship nurturing.

04 / IMPLEMENTATION

The Networking Copilot handles contact capture, a central database, AI-assisted follow-up, personalised email sequences, reminders, booking links, contact history, relationship tracking, future reactivation campaigns and reporting on conversations and bookings.

05 / EVIDENCE

In one measured implementation between February and May 2026, booked catch-ups increased from 36 to 104, booking rate increased from 33% to 70%, new clients increased from 6 to 19, revenue increased from $3,582 to $11,343, and measured ROI reached 568%. The founder's booking rate reached 77%.

The founder still owns every relationship. The Copilot makes sure the administration does not get in the way, while creating a growing network that can be revisited for referrals, invitations, new services and future opportunities.
